噶奇美多傑仁波切是瑪瑟家族在瑪南的第三代，2019 年由怙主直貢澈贊法王委任主持這個閉關園區。 他為瑪南描述了一條很清楚的路：

它不是一句品牌標語。它其實描述了一個修行的順序。
This is more than a brand line. It describes an order of practice.
Reconnect｜重新連結
Reconnect
我們很容易把注意力放在外面。
Attention is easily pulled outward.
別人怎麼看我。為什麼他忽略我。為什麼事情沒有照我的期待發生。
What does someone think of me? Why are they ignoring me? Why is this not happening the way I wanted?
仁波切談到一種很直接的轉向：把注意力完整地帶回自己。
Rinpoche points toward a direct turn: give full access back to yourself.
甚至只是走路。好好地走。百分之百地走。
Even while walking. Simply walk. A pure walk. A hundred-percent walk.
當一個人真正與自己的身體、感受與覺知在一起時，許多原本一直把心帶走的念頭，暫時失去力量。
When someone is genuinely with body, feeling, and awareness, many thoughts that continually pull attention outward temporarily lose their force.
Acceptance｜接受
Acceptance
重新連結之後，並不是立刻修正自己。先看見。
Reconnection does not mean immediately correcting yourself. First, see.
看見身體的緊繃。看見情緒。看見欲望、瞋恨、慈悲、善意。
See tension in the body. See emotion. See desire, anger, compassion, and kindness.
接受並不是認同所有反應。而是不再假裝它不存在。
Acceptance does not mean approving every reaction. It means no longer pretending it is not there.
Adjustment｜調整
Adjustment
當一個人真正看見，調整才不只是壓抑。仁波切談到「替換」。
When something is genuinely seen, adjustment no longer has to mean suppression. Rinpoche speaks of replacement.
用善意替換欲望。用慈悲替換憤怒。
Replace desire with kindness. Replace anger with compassion.
也透過智慧去看見不同情緒在身體裡留下什麼效果。
Use intelligence to observe the effects different emotions have within the body.
Harmony｜和諧
Harmony
和諧不是強迫自己保持平靜。它是重新連結、接受與調整之後，逐漸留下的結果。
Harmony is not forcing oneself to remain calm. It is what can gradually remain after reconnection, acceptance, and adjustment.
這也是瑪南希望提供的，不是一個與世界隔絕的地方，而是一個讓人重新回到生命裡的地方。
Manang therefore is not meant to become a place cut off from the world. It is a place from which a person can return to life.
