這個園區由噶奇美多傑仁波切主持，瑪瑟家族在瑪南的第三代， 2019 年由怙主直貢澈贊法王委任。每一個主要工程節點，我們都會把現場帶回來。
The campus is led by GarTul Chimi Dorjee Rinpoche, the third generation of the Mase family in Manang, appointed in 2019 by His Holiness the Drikung Chetsang Rinpoche. At every major milestone we bring the site back to you.

現場將由當地合作人員負責日常監工、拍照與工程紀錄。 初期由瑪南當地的瑪瑟家族成員協助，並逐步建立長期合作的現場夥伴。 工程與原訂進度或預算有落差時，也會一併說明。
Local partners will support daily supervision, photographs and construction records. The initial phase involves members of the Mase family in Manang while longer-term site partnerships are developed. Wherever the work diverges from the plan or the budget, we explain it.
Grand Café 地基
Grand Café foundation
施工窗口：2026 年 9 至 10 月。目的是在冬季前完成地基， 讓 2027 年春季雪融後可以直接進入上部結構。工作內容為整地、開挖與石砌牆。
Construction window: September to October 2026. The purpose is to complete the foundation before winter so work can move into the superstructure after the 2027 spring thaw. The work is clearing, excavation and stone walling.

2024：四十多個村落的人來了
2024: people came from over forty villages
2024 年 9 月，怙主直貢澈贊法王首度蒞臨瑪南昆桑倫珠寺，傳授大遷識法與長壽灌頂。 法會前三週，志工每天前來修繕大殿、備齋、安排供品。
In September 2024, His Holiness the Drikung Chetsang Rinpoche came to Kunsang Lhundup monastery in Manang for the first time and gave the transmission of phowa and a long-life empowerment. For three weeks beforehand, volunteers came daily to restore the hall, cook and arrange the offerings.
大遷識法(phowa)是關於臨終的教法。喪事沒有喇嘛主持，是村民真實的困難。
Phowa is the teaching for the moment of death. Having no lama to perform the rites is a real hardship here.
山谷裡又有一位上師
There is a teacher in the valley again
| 2024 | 他登上拉契雪山向怙主直貢澈贊法王請法，促成了 9 月的瑪南聖地大法會。 He climbed Mount Lapchi to request teachings from H.H. Drikung Kyabgön Chetsang Rinpoche, and the great gathering in Manang followed that September. |
| 2025 | 他促請法王指派一位閉關指導上師常駐瑪南。 法王指派了竹奔袞秋嘉瓦，他自五月起常駐至今，不曾離開，並不時為村民舉辦法會。 He asked His Holiness to appoint a resident retreat master. His Holiness appointed Drupon Konchok Gyalwa, who has been there since May without leaving, and holds ceremonies for the village from time to time. |
村民等了五年。園區還沒蓋起來，但那件他們最在意的事已經回來了。
The village waited five years. The campus is not built yet, but the thing they cared about most has come back.
「竹奔」(Drupon)是藏文的閉關指導上師，是職稱不是名字。 噶奇美多傑仁波切本人不長住瑪南，他做的是承接這條傳承、把園區建起來。
A drupon is a retreat master; it is a title, not a name. GarTul Chimi Dorjee Rinpoche does not live in Manang himself. His part is to carry the lineage forward and to get the campus built.
這個計畫會花很多年。所以我們想把過程留下來，而不只在完工之後給大家看一張漂亮的照片。 這裡會記錄山上的工程、一起工作的人、實際完成的節點，以及下一步。 有時候進展會很快，有時候會受到雪、道路、材料或其他現場條件影響。我們會盡量把真實的進度帶回來。
This project will take years. So we want to document the process, rather than showing only a finished photograph at the end. Here we will share the work on the mountain, the people doing it, the milestones completed, and what comes next. Sometimes progress will move quickly. At other times, snow, roads, materials, or other site conditions will change the pace. We will do our best to bring back the real progress as it unfolds.
