You do not have to complete Manang all at once
只需要和我們一起，把下一個可以完成的步驟做出來。 這個園區由噶奇美多傑仁波切主持，瑪瑟家族在瑪南的第三代，2019 年由怙主直貢澈贊法王委任。
You can help complete the next achievable step. The campus is led by GarTul Chimi Dorjee Rinpoche, the third generation of the Mase family in Manang, appointed in 2019 by His Holiness the Drikung Chetsang Rinpoche.

Foundation this autumn. Building again after the spring thaw
瑪南的冬天很長，而真正可以施工的季節只有一年中的幾個月。 今年九月至十月，我們希望完成 Grand Café 的地基工程。 這筆支持不是單純蓋一間咖啡館，它完成瑪南第一個可驗證的施工節點，讓明年雪融後可以直接向上施工。
Winter in Manang is long, and only a few months each year allow major construction to move forward. This September and October, we hope to complete the Grand Café foundation. This is not simply funding a café. It completes Manang's first verifiable construction milestone and prepares the project to build upward after the spring thaw.

More than that, it allows the project to begin accumulating real construction experience: how to work within Manang's short season, how to work with local crews, how to use the materials, how to bring a building safely through winter, and how to carry that first complete process into the retreat houses and everything that follows.

US$607,000 是第一期的金額，不是整個園區的總價。 完整的園區需要多年才能逐步形成。大願景不是一次性的募款目標，它是一個方向。 今年，我們只邀請大家一起完成眼前這一步。
US$607,000 is what Phase I costs, not the price of the whole campus. The full campus will take years to take shape. The larger vision is not a single fundraising target; it is a direction. This year we only invite you to complete the step in front of us.
護持的錢進的是同一個基金，不指定用在哪一塊石頭上。 工程順序會因為天氣、材料與工班而調整，每一階段依實際募得的金額與現場條件， 完成下一個做得起的工程節點。
Gifts go into one fund. They are not earmarked to a particular stone. The order of work shifts with the weather, the materials and the crews; each stage completes the next milestone that the money raised and the conditions on the ground allow.
交換條件是把帳交代清楚。每一個工程節點，我們會給出： 日期與施工項目、施工前中後的照片、該階段做了什麼、用了什麼材料、 實際支出與對應的估價單項目，以及和原訂進度或預算有落差時的說明。
In exchange we account for it. At every construction milestone we publish the date and the work, photographs from before, during and after, what was done, the materials used, what was actually spent and against which line of the bill of quantities, and an explanation wherever it diverges from the plan or the budget.
石頭在山上，木頭在山上，石板瓦也在山上。要花錢買的不是這些，是把它們砌起來的工。 現場由瑪南當地的瑪瑟家族成員協助監督，並聘用當地居民擔任現場監工與紀錄。
The stone is here. The timber is here. The slate is here. What has to be paid for is not the material but the work of putting it together. On site, members of the Mase family in Manang help oversee the work, and local residents are employed as site supervisors and record-keepers.
為什麼是這個冬天
Why this winter
錢必須早兩個月收齊，才趕得上。春天才到位的錢，匯到尼泊爾已經是夏天， 那一年就蓋不了多少。
The money has to be collected two months earlier to make it. Money that arrives in spring only clears in Nepal by summer, and that year is largely lost.
支持之後，故事不會停止。工程將持續以照片、支出、進度與下一步回報。
The story does not stop after a contribution. Construction will continue to be reported through photographs, expenditure, progress and next steps.
我們希望募款不是一次性的請求，而是一段可以被共同見證的建設過程。
We want fundraising to become a building process that can be witnessed together, not a one-time request.
